Childrens Health and Nutrition Grassroots Education (C.H.A.N.G.E.^SM)

C.H.A.N.G.E.^SM is a series of classes introducing children to the tenants of good health.  Through instruction, demonstration and participation, children will learn how diet, exercise and lifestyle can positively impact their health and well being.
