 Week 3:  Due North—Structural Health

Is your spine aligned?  Head straight for a healthy lifestyle as  you explore the relationship between structural health and overall well-being.

 Week 4:  The Island of Intention

Your body believes every word you say!  Learn how your thoughts and beliefs directly influence your health.

 Week 5:  Refueling Station

We’re halfway there. We’ll stop  here to check your vitals and see how you are fairing on your journey.

Week 6:  Taking a Vacation from Stress

Has being “stressed out” become a way of life?  Discover how to recognize, manage, and avoid stress.

 Week 7:  Clear Waters!  Smooth Sailing!

Clean out those pipes and get your engine running smoother than ever. 

 Week 8:  Now You’re Movin’!

You know the saying—use it or lose it!  A well-rounded exercise program is a key component to good health.

 Week 9:  Disembark

You made it!  One more stop to check your vitals and see how far you have come on your journey to health.
